Our one night stay was very nice, the hotel is just showing its age in some places. The pool and hot tub could use some sprucing up, although the water was very nice. The area would be a lot nicer if the glass that surrounds it was clean - it was very dusty when we stayed. We had a room facing the street and it can get quite warm on a sunny day.

My first visit to Mexico was a memorable one, and my stay at Hotel Sevilla Palace added to the experience. The hotel is truly gigantic in every sense—its towering structure spans over 20 floors, with spacious rooms that are both comfortable and well-maintained. The quality of service is excellent, and the variety of food options ensures that every meal is a pleasant experience. However, if I could make one recommendation to improve the guest experience, it would be to offer early check-in options. After travelling for more than 24 hours and arriving in the early morning, the long wait until the standard 3pm check-in can be exhausting. Additionally, providing a coffee maker in the rooms would be a thoughtful touch, making the stay even more enjoyable, especially after a long journey.

I want to say I love this hotel! It has charm that is art deco and doesn’t feel disingenuous. The rooms were always clean, but there were some minor issues. A cord hanging out of the wall and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Two of the four elevators don’t work but it was part of the charm. The pool is incredible! I would stay again all things considered.

Clean hotel, EXCELLENT service, people is patient at ALL times, and they gave us an incredible weekend experience. Rooms are spacious, isolated, with funcional AC Units that are silent and even from the reception they were extremely nice. 100% recommendation if you are in the zone. Also the hotel is pretty centric so everything is close to you, parties, culture and food.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Certainly located and easy to access. Lots of amenities nearby. Feels safe. Great views from the roof to pool. Great breakfast buffet.

Wow this place has aged well. It's still gorgeous, glass bay elevators, a grand piano, beautiful paintings littered on each floor. The rooms are huge. The Victorian Cafe, wow. I didn't get to use the gym or rooftop pool sadly as too much to do but my wife and I loved the decor and the buffet was delicious. Even the door to the upstairs bar was an extremely unique, concentric circular design. Wish we stayed for a week.

The hot water was great and the shower pressure The location was good The beds were a little hard Only problem I had was the shower door seal Only have the seal was there so when you took a shower the water would splash onto the floor in the bathroom and you felt like you were in Venice Italy Didn't have a microwave in the room, didn't have a refrigerator. Breakfast did not come with the room.

The service and the location are outstanding. There's nothing par about it. They exceed all expectations as far as customer service goes and the location is beautiful especially if you're parking or wanting to ride a bus or just want to go for a walk. Bathrooms probably needed an update. Towels definitely smelled of vinegar. Otherwise everything else is great. Room was done every day. No other issues.
